Commercial Quality Labels

Our labels are printed on vinyl and / or polyester bases which are completely waterproof and shower proof for up to 5 years.We test our labels in the harshest environments for their durability and all of the labels are the same as those you will find on our own products.

The labels are laminated making them waterproof and oil proof as standard and you have a choice of gloss or matt lamination.

Placing your order

Across the site we have helpful guides to help you prepare your artwork, understand the formats of labels and download templates. If you haven't yet read these yet, we advise you take a look to help you quickly and easily product and submit great quality labels. You can view our label section information by clicking here and our section on designing your label using Inkscape here. When you go to checkout, Next Day Delivery is not an option on labels. If you require Next Day Delivery on your labels, please contact us by email at labels@naturallythinking to check availability. There is a 100% premium on label production for next day delivery.

File Formats

We accept all major file formats, but for ultimate quality and ease, your files should be sent to us in EPS or PDF format. If you are / or have access to a graphic designer, they will understand this format. If you are new to designing your labels, then please take a look at our free software download and tutorials section. We also offer a label design service, see the Label Design Service section.

What to Expect

Once we have received your artwork, print options and payment we will set to work setting it ready for print.

If there are any problems we will notify you within 24 hours, if everything has gone well, we will send you a PDF proof of all your artwork by email.

If you have chosen guided upload then if there are any problems, we will provide you with help. If you have chosen standard upload and there is a problem we will reject your label with the reason stated. You will need to correct your image and resubmit your upload online and pay again for setup.

When you have confirmed this artwork and the printing options you order will be sent to print. Please let us know details of any deadlines and will do our best to work to them.

Do I have to pay the setup charge if I reorder?

Yes. With every print job there is an inherent cost of wastage, cardboard rolls etc., setup time and proofs.

What is Lamination?

Lamination is the process of adding a protective over coating to the label. This coating further enhances the waterproofing abilities but most importantly enhances the labels ability to resist chemicals and solvents. The most common application of lamination in aromatherapy is on essential oil labels, where the lamination will protect the label from spillage and stop it spoiling. Other upsides of lamination include anti-scuff (the label doesn't rub off when rub along another surface) and an enhanced appearance.

Help with the Options above

Filename

This is the filename you gave to your label when you uploaded it to us in step 1 (if you haven't already uploaded your label, click here). For example if your label filename was called label1.eps, simply enter label1.eps in this box.

Material

We offer both white and clear labels. Choose whether you want your label to be on white or clear, simply by typing "white" or "clear". With clear you can see through the label, so if you are applying it to a coloured bottle it is not very appropiate as you will not be able to see the label design and text... If this is the case you should choose white. However if you are using aluminium bottles, clear can be very effective as it gives the impression that the bottle is printed directly, rather than a label applied. Remember you can make a background colour in your label, so although the label is white, we will print it to any colour you select in your label.

Laminate

We offer two types of laminate, gloss and matt. Gloss laminate will give your products a shine when they are on the shelf, with a modern look. Matt laminate gives a more traditional look which can look more appropiate on a more traditional style label. Simply write in the words "gloss" or "matt"

Width of Label

This should be the widest point of the label. Remember your label can be any shape or design, but in terms of calculating cost it should be the very widest point of the label. If your label is a circle, it should be the widest point of the circle (i.e. the diameter)

Height of Label

This should be the tallest point of the label. Remember your label can be any shape or design, but in terms of calculating cost it should be the very tallest point of the label. If your label is a circle, it should be the tallest point of the circle (i.e. the diameter)

Thanks for the super fast turnaround.. in just a day I've got my labels.. fantastic I will definately be using you again.

The quality of the labels is better than anythign. I've previously been using vistaprint but they come off in the shower/bath or the slightest hint of water. Your labels are indestructable, just like the products from the supermarket and they have an amazing shine and quality (I chose gloss laminate).
