We use a UKMail (www.ukmail.com) for your mainland United Kingdom parcels. All parcels, regardless of weight on mainland England are charged at £3.95 for delivery. Next Day Delivery is charged at £5.95.

Signature

Our delivery service is Next Day when despatched and will require a signature. For previous customers you can request no signature required on delivery and we will pass this on to UKMail, however by doing so you you waive your right to compensation should the parcel be missing in transit as we cannot make a claim if you request the parcel is left safe, with a neighbour etc.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day delivery is £5.95. You pay not only a premium for a Next Day delivery service, you are also paying a premium to "jump" other orders in despatch. If the courier fails to deliver to you next day due to error / weather, we will refund £1 to your online account in the form of a store credit without quibble.

Redelivery

UKMail will make up to 2 additional attempts to deliver your parcel. You will need to contact them to arrange a suitable redelivery day. Your tracking details will be emailed to you on despatch and you can also check your tracking details 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into your account at www.naturallythinking.com and viewing your order history. It is important to track your parcel to ensure you receive delivery and to ensure you do not miss the delivery of your goods.

Missed Delivery

If after 7 days you haven't made arrangements with UKMail to collect your parcel, then it will be returned to us. We are charged an additional £15 for this return and your account will be billed this £15 if your parcel is returned. If you require your parcel resending, then the original £3.95 delivery charge is applicable. If you require a refund, your parcel will be refunded minus the £3.95 original delivery charge and the £15 return fee.

Complaints & Shortages

Any shortage should be notified to Naturallythinking within 3 days of receipt of the parcel. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number with details of shipping and methods to track. If you are in the UK and your parcel does not arrive within 5 working days please inform us. If your parcel has been shipped by UKMAIL your order should arrive within the next working day. Please use the online tracking to check status. If your UKMAIL order does arrive within the 5 working days of shipping, then please inform us in writing within 7 working days. All parcels which are delivered are tracked with a GPS signal to give the position, time and date of signature for anti-fraud accuracy. We are unable to process any claims for non-delivery or shortages after 28 days of shipping notification.
