Butters... a natural and luxurious form of skincare and moisturisation. Butters can be used alone, direct on the skin for beautiful natural skincare or used as an important ingredient in your skincare products, forming the base to moisture creams, lotions and body butters.

Each butter has different properties but all are highly emollient and hypoallergenic. The butters contains large quantities of amino acids, minerals and vitamins. If you are using the cocoa butter or shea butter to make secondary products such as moisture cream, lotions, etc. then we advise that you use the refined product otherwise the natural scent will over power your blend, however if you are using cocoa or shea butter direct on the skin, then we advise you use the unrefined version for ultimate mineral content. All other butters are fine to use either direct on the skin or in your blends.
