PET Plastic Bottles

We only use PET plastic. PET plastic gives a high quality, glass like look which enhances the look of your product. Many people mistake the plastic for glass. PET plastic, unlike PVC is fully recyclable and if it is put in landfill degrades without leaching any chemicals into the soil. The lightweight nature of PET means there are low environmental transport costs and the durability of the bottle lends itself to many types of uses. The energy used in recycling a PET plastic bottle is about 1/10 of the energy used in recycling a plastic bottle.

Steralising Plastic

PET plastic bottles should not be heated above 50c in the sterilisation process as they will deform. Serialisation should be carried out using cold use serialising fluid. In common with all bottle retailers, we always recommend serialising your bottles before use, especially if you are producing products for resale in the bottles.
