Our Returns policy
For reasons of Health & Safety we cannot accept the return of any product where the seal is broken or a return on any cosmetic or massage item, this includes but is not limited to Shower Gels, Shampoo's, Conditioners, Massage Oils, Face, Body and Foot Creams. If you do return a product, please note this will be at your own cost and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Please note:
Electrical equipment will only be accepted if complete with all leads, accessories and software.
We cannot accept returns on CD's and DVD's where the packaging is opened.
Cosmetics, jewellery and fragrance will only be accepted if unopened and with the product seal intact.
All returns are evaluated before being processed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We can only offer a refund or an exact replacement for your return, we can't offer to exchange an item for a different item. If you need a different item, you need to request a refund and then place a new order. Please note a 15% restocking fee will apply.
How to return an item

Please remember to fill in the all the details on the returns advice. It is especially important to remember the order number, so we can process your return.
All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
Any items which the customer has assembled must be dismantled and securely wrapped before returning and a returns label safely fixed to the parcel.
Your refund or replacement will be processed as soon as possible, but this is usually processed within 7 days.
Returning a gift
If you receive a gift and it is damaged, we will happily replace it for you. Follow the guidelines under How to return an item.
Unfortunately, we can't exchange for a different product. If we can't provide a replacement (the item is out of stock) then a refund will be issued to the original payment card used.
