We hope you never feel the need to return any products to us as we put our heart and soul into making the finest natural aromatherapy products.
If you wish to return a product, then:
- by the end of the 8th day of receiving the product you can do at your own expense
Return Address:
- Naturallythinking, 7 High Street, Carshalton, Surrey, SM5 3AP.
Notification:
- We need to be notified in writing by the end of the 8th day from receiving your parcel that you will be returning (the entire / or part of) your order.
Items you can return:
- We cannot accept the return of comsetic and aromatherapy products which are made bespoke for your order, however you can return bottles and jars by the end of the 8th day from receiving your parcel.
Packing & Posting Your Return:
- Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Always pack your returns well and for your own Peace of Mind we would advise using an insured and or tracked service as we cannot refund returns whereby we do not receive back the items.
Refund to your Credit Card:
- Refunds to your credit card will be actioned as soon as possible, but will be made within 30 days of agreement with you.
Definition of Receiving your parcel:
- At Naturallythinking we only use tracked services and therefore from the date our courier(s) say your parcel was delivered.
Faulty Products
If you receive an item which you believe is faulty or inaccurate in delivery then please contact us immediately. Errors and Ommissions need to notified within 3 working days. Faulty products need to be notified within 7 working days. We will arrange to replace the item(s) for you as quickly as possible. You will not have to pay postage for returns / replacements of faulty products.
