Remedial/Sports Injury Massage is a deep treatment that helps to loosen tight muscles, break up adhesions. The treatment focuses on restoring and/or maintaining the full functionality of your muscles. It may help improve the performance of your muscles as well as prevent injury. Injuries in the muscles will often heal more effectively with the help of remedial massage.

We have a number of Remedial Massage practitioners who can help you with the above problems as well as help you maintain a more healthy lifestyle. If you are training or regularly find you have muscle strain, Remedial massage is probably the best massage for you. A monthly regime will help ensure you are in constant tip top condition, lowering the risk of injury and discomfort. Treatments are available week round, morning, afternoon and evening and all day Saturdays.
