Nelsons Noctura contains a unique selection of homeopathic remedies, specifically combined to bring soothing relief from insomnia. A bad night's sleep is often the result of stress. A refreshing, natural night's sleep will help reduce that stress.

Active Ingredients	Kali brom, Coffea, Passiflora, Avena sativa, Alfafa and Valeriana.
Directions	Take two tablets four hours before retiring and two tablets immediately before retiring. A further two tablets may be taken during the night if required. Tablets to be sucked or chewed.
Precautions	Keep all medicines out of the reach of children. If you think you have Insomnia, consult a registered medical practitioner before taking this product. If you are already receiving medical treatment, tell your doctor you are also taking Noctura. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor or homeopath.
