Purpose:

A combination of oils and base ingredients to combine and use to help in the fight and deal with the symptoms of colds and flus.

Instructions

In your pack you will find 6 Essential Oils which are ideally suited for the battle with colds and flu. Each have natural anti-bacterial properties as well as providing relief by helping to clear the airways and nasal passages.

Vapourising
All of the oils can be burnt using an oil burner or an electric aromastone (click here) to kill airborne bacteria and provide a decongesting environment in your home or workplace. When burning in aromastone add the blend to 20ml of water in the dish of the aromastone

Inhalation
The oil blends can be used in a steam inhalation, this can be done by either placing your head over a bowl of hot water and a towel over your head or through the use of a facial sauna. Add the blend to water or the sauna tray and enjoy the decongesting and anti-bacterial effects for 5 - 10 minutes. Of course all of the oils have wonderful skin conditioning properties too, so the facial sauna will also help your skin too!

Blending
We provide a litre of Liquid Soap and 450g of Dead Sea Bath Salts with this pack. The liquid soap can be easily transformed into an anti-bacterial handwash, relieving muscle ache shower wash or a decongesting facial spritz using the oil combinations below. You can also use the blends in combination with the salts to produce wonderful body and muscle relaxing baths or a bath to help decongest your system. When blending with liquid soap, use each blend below per 10ml of liquid soap. When blending with Salt use each blend below with a heaped tablespoon or salt. Use the supplied empty bottles to bottle and distribute around your home your created blends.

Suggested Blends

Air Purifying & Cleansing
2 drops Bergamot, 3 drops Eucalyptus, 1 drop Peppermint, 1 drop Ravensara

Respiratory Clearing Blend
3 drops Eucalyptus, 2 drops Peppermint, 1 drop Tea Tree

Head Cold Blend
3 drops Peppermint, 3 drops Lavender

Muscle Ache Relieving Blend
2 drops Eucalyptus, 1 drop Ravensara, 2 drops Marjoram

Anti-bacterial blend
2 drops Ravensara, 2 drops Tea Tree, 1 drop Lavender

Tip
Wipe the headsets of your telephones by adding 1 drop Lavender and 1 drop Ravensara to a tissue and make the tissue slightly damp to kill bacteria on the mouth pieces of telephones which are one of the easiest places to spread germs and bacteria.
