Atomiser with Clear overcap 24mm

An Atomiser with a 24mm neck. It fits 24/210 (PET bottles and Aluminium bottles) best, but will also fit 24/215 (PVC coloured bottles) necks also.

The high quality pump action, gives a level of class to all products.

The feed tube on the atomiser is oversized so that you can cut it to the desired specification according to the bottles and the type of product you are creating. For best results, cut the feed tube at a 45 degree angle to ensure maximum uptake of product from the bottle.

Typical Usage

The Atomiser gives a 3ml dosage (subject to the viscosity of your product). Typically these atomisers are used for facial toners, rooms sprays and products where a fine mist is the desired output.

The Atomiser can be used with thicker substances such as oils, where the output will be more spray jet like than "atomising", this can be useful for facial oils etc. to control the dosage.

*The Amber, Blue and Green bottles have a longer neck and although the aluminium cap will completely cover the thread, there will be an area still showing of the neck on the bottle. Some like this, others do not... it's preference, but we like to let you know.
