We will ship anywhere in the UK for £3.50. (£9.95 off shore and Northern Ireland)

Fixed Price Orders will be sent via RoyalMail or BusinessPost, deliveries maybe made between 8am and 5.30pm, we are unable to guarantee a time slot for you. Please choose a delivery address where you will be able to accept the delivery. We will happily despatch to workplaces / alternative addresses, simply select the relevant options at checkout.

UK Delivery Charges & Details

We offer a variety of different delivery options in order for you to get the most economical, efficient and convenient delivery service.

Regardless of your chosen delivery option, if an order is placed before 11am, Monday - Friday, we will endeavor to despatch your order the same day (subject to stock). Fixed Price Delivery Timescales

Fixed price delivery items will normally be sent by RoyalMail first class, we may on occassion and at our discretion send your parcel by Businesspost, depending upon weight.

RoyalMail First Class Delivery should arrive the next day, however this is not a guaranteed service and can take up to 7 days under Royal Mail Terms and Conditions and we cannot make any claim until 15 working days from despatch with RoyalMail

We regret that should your item be lost or damaged in the post - your item is only insured for up to £32. Your order can be tracked at www.royalmail.com using the tracking number provided to you on despatch from Naturallythinking. If you miss a delivery, the RoyalMail should leave you a card to let you know it is at your sorting office. You should arrange to pick this parcel up from your sorting office within 7 days to avoid RoyalMail returning the parcel to Naturallythinking. If your parcel is returned to Naturallythinking you will be recharged delivery costs to re-send your parcel. Always track you parcel online at www.royalmail.com or use the tracking box provided on this screen to ensure you haven't missed a delivery, please do not rely on a card through your door.

Businesspost

We use Businesspost for our Next Day delivery. You can track your parcel online at www.businesspost.com with the tracking number which you will be emailed on despatch of your order. Please ensure you use this tracking to monitor the progress of your order. If you miss delivery, you can arrange for redelivery the following day, directly with Businesspost. Please use the website or the card provided through your door to contact them. Businesspost will automatically try to redeliver the following day... If you do not wish this to happen you will need to contact them immediately as there will be a £4 charge for any further attempts. Any uncollected parcels will be returned to Naturallythinking and a delivery charge will be applicable to resend. If it is convenient for you, you can pick up your parcel from your local Businesspost branch.

Worldwide Delivery

Naturallythinking will deliver anywhere in the World, except Australia and India due to customs restrictions. In order to ensure the security of your goods we only ship internationally using insured services with a tracking number, giving you peace of mind and the ability to track your order.

International Orders under 2kg

These orders will be made using your standard postal service, with additional insurance and trackable options. Delivery cost is based on the weight of your order and will be calculated real time, when you go to checkout. Orders under 2kg can be tracked at www.royalmail.com in the first instance and then the website of your countries main postal service provider, using the tracking number given to you on despatch from naturallythinking.

International Orders over 2kg

International Orders over 2kg will use an expediated courier service to ensure adequate insurance and a priority service for your order. Your order is completely trackable and will receive express customs clearance. Orders over 2kg can be tracked at www.parcelforce.com using the tracking number which will be provided to you on despatch.

Part - Delivery

If we should be out of stock of one of your ordered items, we will, with your permission deliver the stock we have of your order and send you the rest when we get it back in stock. You will be notified immediately of any out of stock items. All items on the website are carried in stock, however sometimes if we get exceptional demand on a particular item within 1 day, an item may go out of stock. We are never normally out of stock of any items for more than a day.
